Kenilworth Conservation Area Decisions Postponed

Kenilworth Liberal Democrats have welcomed the action by Warwick District Council to postpone any decisions on extending the Kenilworth Conservation Area, pending further consultations with residents and local councillors.
Local branch chairman John Whitehouse said:
"The local Conservatives are on record as totally supporting and welcoming the proposals.
However, we Lib Dems have been listening to the views of residents in affected areas, and know that many of them have real worries and concerns.
Far better to delay a decision now, than to press ahead with ill thought out plans which could blight people's lives for years to come."
