Station Petition Replies Flooding In

The response so far from residents to the Liberal Democrats' petition for a station for Kenilworth has been amazing, says Kenilworth Liberal Democrats chairman John Whitehouse.
"To date I have received over 170 signed petitions, with more arriving every day. Remember, this is not people signing something casually in the street, but going to the bother and effort of posting their replies back to us.
With our petition forms not yet delivered across the whole town, this is already an amazing response, which shows the depth of feeling of local people on this matter. The planners in the Department of Transport will hopefully have to take notice of such a strong message."
