WCC votes for enhanced two-tier working

• In response to the recent Local Government White Paper, Warwickshire County Council, on the 12th December 2006, voted in favour of submitting a proposal for enhanced two-tier working with the District and Borough Councils in Warwickshire.

The proposal will be discussed and agreed at a special full Council meeting on the 23rd January 2007 before it is sent to the Department for Communities and Local Government on the 25th January 2007.
