Bishop Wulstan School closure

Following the rejections of Central Government (DFES) for the Fresh Start being proposed for the Bishop Wulstan School, it now looks inevitable that the school will now be closed in near future.
Father Marcus Stock, Director of schools for the Birmingham diocese, said: "There is now no further alternative proposal that the DSC can pursue to secure the future viability of a Catholic School in Rugby."
Warwickshire Councillors are scheduled to discuss the situation at the Cabinet meeting next week, though this looks likely to be deferred until after a public meeting is held to consider any possible final options.
