Lib Dems Force By-Election in Kenilworth

Following the resignation of a Tory town councillor, and failure to agree on a co-opted replacement, Kenilworth Liberal Democrats have forced a by-election in Park Hill ward on THURSDAY 12TH AUGUST 2004.
