The Retreat is a grade II listed building dating from the early part of the nineteenth century and owned by Rugby Borough Council. Could it be given a new purpose and kept for future generations?
One of the proposals in the Liberal Democrats' alternative budget for Rugby 2015-16 is a feasibility study to see whether "The Retreat" could be turned into a one-stop shop for many of the partner organisations providing services for Rugby residents.
