You may have noticed that we have got the public footpath between Viaduct Place, Ridge Way and Biart Place cleared of heavily over grown vegetation which was narrowing the footpath considerably. Eastland's Lib Dem Cllr. Neil Sandison said, 'I have also requested for this stretch to be cleansed and litter picked by the Council on a regular basis.'

Your Lib Dem Borough Councillors have also asked our open space team to review the contract for grounds maintenance in the locality to see if it can be improved which they have recently taken over. Part of this area is the responsibility of Table Table and it will require further negotiation with the brewery regarding its upkeep. It has also been brought to our attention that some of the grass verges are now becoming damaged due to inconsiderate parking.
