Public meeting at Rokeby Primary School, Anderson Avenue, Rugby, CV22 5PE on Tuesday 19 January 2016 from 5.30 pm to 8 pm.
Are you interested in knowing more about Rugby Borough Council's preferred options for what land should be allocated for future housing and employment up to the year 2031? Have you read the council's report and do you have some queries? Do their proposals affect you or where you live? You have until 5 pm on Friday 19 February to tell the planners what you think about the proposals. Find the report and appendix here -

An extract showing the proposed development plan for the South West Area is appended below. Click on it for a clearer image. Rugby's planners will be at the meeting to give a presentation of the council's preferred option and to answer questions posed by residents. The meeting starts at 5.30 pm with a drop-in session, when residents can read the proposals, view maps and plans and ask questions informally. At 6.30 pm the Planning Officers will give a presentation which will be followed by a formal question and answer session.
