Flooding on Whitehall Road Roundabout averted

Following concerns raised by residents regarding aqua-planing created by traffic from trapped surface water at Whitehall Roundabout , your local Councillors contacted Warwickshire County Highways department to get storm drains unblocked and Rugby Borough Council to remove surface leaf fall .

"We hope this will stop any significant flooding at this very busy roundabout", said Cllr Neil Sandison . We have also asked RBC to remove excess leaves from the junction of Caldecott Street and Hillmorton Road by the traffic lights and Lower Hillmorton Road by the former College site. We are advised they are on the list.
