John Whitehouse attacks Warwickshire County Council indolence

Warwickshire County Council voted against the take over bid for a greater Birmingham local authority in our area - see http://rugby.lib.dm/a3101p and http://rugby.lib.dm/a0109q .
However at the same time the Council voted to set up a working group of councillors to consider the alternatives to metropolitan authorities' proposal.
… but three weeks later the tories who run the county council's administration had still failed to act. Cllr John Whitehouse who represents part of Kenilworth on the county council laid into the conservatives' indolence on local radio.
