Elections are over for another year and Rugby Liberal Democrats have bucked the national trend by successfully retaining both of our Councillors that were up for election this year, and also gaining an additional Councillor.

Noreen New (Paddox Ward) and Dale Keeling (Eastlands Ward) were both successfully re-elected on May 22nd. Bill Lewis (Rokeby and Overslade Ward) also took a seat from the Conservatives, bringing our total number of Councillors to seven.

Thankyou to everyone who supported our candidates and voted Liberal Democrat on May 22nd.

The total number of votes each party recieved in Eastlands, Paddox and Rokeby & Overslade wards are listed below.
