Ninety-five minutes to freeze Council Tax (24 Feb).

It took councillors at tonight's meeting of Rugby Borough Council, Tuesday 24 February, just ninety-five minutes to agree to freeze the borough's charge on Council Tax.

Council tax payers will however see an increase in their payments starting this April as the conservative led Warwickshire County Council and the independent Police and Crime Commissioner have increased their charges by about 2%.
