Protect the Rainsbrook Valley

Cllrs Noreen New, Jerry Roodhouse and Richard Dodd are pursuing the designation of the Rainsbrook Valley as a Country Park in order to prevent any further creep of its development.

The Council is under pressure to provide extra areas for housing because it cannot demonstrate that it has a 5.25 year supply of suitable and readily available land. Consequently, there is much greater pressure to use land for development. Your Lib Dem Councillors will continue to make sure that future generations do not lose any of the valley to housing or roads.
