Road and Bike Safety Event - 11 March 2023

On Saturday 11 March 2023, the Rugby Town East Safer Neighbourhood team will be at the GEC Rec Car Park on Hillmorton Road to offer advice and support to the public around bike safety and security.

Officers will be at the event from 10am until 3pm and will be on hand to help out with the following:

Bike marking using Bike Register
Further information on Operation Close Pass
Road safety (including improving visibility)

This is working alongside the Road Safety Partnership, and Rugby County Council to improve the safety of cyclists on Rugby's roads.

Also in attendance will be Dr. Bike, who can provide a free safety check and can make minor adjustments to bicycles if required.
