Rokeby and Overslade Estate Inspections

Both Rugby Borough Council Housing Department and Affinity Sutton carry out regular estate walks to make visual inspections of the external condition of their housing stock.

RBC Housing undertakes two inspections each year on all of its estates, including Rokeby and on Overslade and at present Affinity Sutton makes an inspection on Rokeby every two months. Local Lib Dem campaigner Bill Lewis attends as many of these as he can in order to get to know the areas and to meet tenants.
