Roodhouse right on Works Services Unit

Back in December Cllr Jerry Roodhouse raised concerns about the financial performance of Rugby's direct labour team - the Works Services Unit - see http://rugby.lib.dm/a7RjZ .
At the time he was assured by Cllr Leigh Hunt (Con, Clifton Newton & Churchover) that "the position would be corrected by the year end". However figures considered by the Council's cabinet earlier this month show that the Works Services Unit is still overspent and expects to end the year £51,000 worse than budget.
