Tories nod through £1 million Rugby World Cup spend in ten minutes (5 Jan)

Rugby Council's cabinet, which consists of the town's top tories, spent just ten minutes discussing proposals to spend £1 million on the Rugby World Cup today (Monday, 5 January 2015).

This however was detailed consideration when compared to the one minute spent on the officer's 24 page report proposing a 7% rise in Council rents.
