^{The one-party dominance has not served Warwickshire as well as it could have, we have seen Scrutiny conducted by the same party that is in control which means that there is no effective challenge. One example is we have seen millions of pounds wasted because of poor project management, the bridge to nowhere A46 project which has cost an extra £16 million through poor project management. The extra demands being placed on adult social care and Childrens services are leading the Council towards it running out of reserves.}
